VIKING's 'Man Of Straw' Thrash Metal Classic To Be Re-Released

Lost and Found Records USA has announced official licensed CD reissue of the extremely rare speed/thrash metal classic, VIKING's "Man of Straw".

Originally released in 1989 on Metal Blade Records, this fully licensed CD release will be fully remastered, and contain rare and never-before-heard bonus tracks.

Founded in the spring of 1986 in Los Angeles, VIKING released two full length albums on the Metal Blade label, with "Man of Straw" being the second and final release after disbanding in 1990. "Man of Straw" has been hailed as one of the most rare and hard to find speed/thrash metal albums by collectors.

Release date is set for late June/early July 2006.
